About the role

Operating as a Sales Development Representative, you’ll identify opportunities for Inviqa’s Field Sales Team, building relationships with a warm database to aid our qualification process. You will be helping to take Inviqa to the next level, generating Inviqa’s next client engagements, through predominantly outbound calling and emailing.

Specific targets will include making a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day, booking 8 qualified meetings per month with targeted prospects.

How you will initiate new relationships:

  • Using Inviqa’s CRM system to select appropriate companies to approach within our target market space
  • Networking with selected companies to identify appropriate contacts
  • Engaging with decision makers to collate account intelligence; using interview techniques to uncover projects or pain points, and thereby driving opportunities forward
  • Presenting the value Inviqa delivers; aligning pitches to a prospect’s pain/needs, and in doing so, gain agreement to meet Inviqa’s Field Sales Team and progress the discussion
  • Updating and maintaining account intelligence, as well as your own activity list in Inviqa’s CRM system
  • Be comfortable running high volume outbound email campaigns
  • Inviting suspects and prospects to marketing events to build rapport and develop opportunities.

About you

You will be used to initiating the selling of complex services to large organisations, and you will do this in line with our values of Purpose, Human, Open, Learning and Together. This means that you are disciplined, goal driven and deliver on your commitments. You empathise with clients and colleagues, you share knowledge and give honest feedback, you have a thirst for learning, and you collaborate as a default. This is a hands on sales development role so you will also:

  • Be familiar with BANT sales qualification and have used it in the past
  • Have a proven track record of hitting targets
  • Get a good understanding of the Inviqa brand and being able to represent it to potential and existing clients and identifying opportunities via any means
  • Be able to manage multiple workstream, closely working with high-profile individuals
  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Have prior experience of demand generation, ideally in the tech sector, selling B2B services
  • Be familiar with UX, eCommerce and CMS solutions which benefit our clients
  • Thrive in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Have worked with pipeline management, and should have used a software system for managing this
