We are looking for an inspiring client services leader with a successful track record of delighting clients in the digital sector to head up our fantastic and growing Client Success (CS) team

This role is ultimately accountable for the successful delivery of our client work at Inviqa, with the CS team playing an integral role to ensure that in everything we do:

  • Our clients are happy - we are consistently delivering on agreed outcomes, setting us up for long term relationships that are built on trust. 
  • Our engagements are commercially successful, enabled by accurate scoping and delivering in an efficient and effective way. 
  • Inviqa teams working on our client projects are motivated and happy. 

There are 2 distinct areas of responsibility:

  • Define and implement best practice for CS both in the UK and Germany ensuring we are delivering a consistent experience for all our clients. 
    • Collaborating with Sales and Delivery Centres of Excellence in Business Consulting, Experience Design and Technology Engineering to formulate and cost winning client solutions
    • Working with Project Management and Delivery Centres of Excellence to delight the client and deliver economically
  • Lead the UK CS team to:
    • manage and grow a range of client relationships across a variety of sectors with new & existing clients, many of whom have multi-million pound clients that have worked with us for a long time. 
    • Collectively achieve revenue targets of £8.5m and manage revenue of £11.5m in the UK

At Inviqa, we help ambitious brands craft game changing digital experiences through a combination of strategy, experience design, engineering and growth and optimisation. With 165 people across offices in the UK, Hungary and Germany we count many household brands as clients, including Arsenal FC, Avanti West Coast, C2C Rail, Molton Brown, REISS, Tesco and VISA. 

To support the work that we do with our clients, we expect that you have extensive experience in a digital agency and understand what good delivery of these types of engagements looks like.

About the role

You’ll be joining at an exciting time of growth for the CS team. Our key areas of focus within the Client Success team are:

  1. Working with teams across the business to shape and cost the right solutions
  2. Facilitating integrated working across Inviqa to ensure we are successfully delivering on client outcomes
  3. Building and growing strong client relationships 

As a team, we work collaboratively with other Inviqa teams to ensure the successful delivery of everything we do, delivering quality outputs, achieving measurable results and working tirelessly to drive success for our clients. 

You will support the CS team to:

  • Plan and execute client growth plans and deliver on revenue targets
  • Consistently add value to clients 
  • Drive commercial success on all our engagements (scoping the right approach, supporting good delivery, using data to drive decision making)
  • Continuously evolve our processes and documentation to ensure efficient and effective working
  • Learn and develop, ensuring there is a clear career path for them to progress at Inviqa

This is a senior leadership role where you will report into the CEO and have a position on the Board.   

About you

We are looking for someone who is relentless about helping our clients and teams succeed, someone who is proactive and focussed on the bigger picture as well as on getting things done.  

You must be adept at building relationships at all levels, enabling you to engage with different stakeholders at client organisations as well as working with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results.  

We expect you to have demonstrable success in growing client accounts within an agency environment.  We also expect you to be comfortable in supporting new business sales from understanding client requirements through to proposal writing and pitching.

Last but not least we expect that you will:

  • 10+ years experience working in Client Services
  • Experience of leading a team
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Genuine passion for and an understanding of digital
