- Offer flexibility around your working hours and patterns: work in a way that suits you
- Offer 25 days holiday, pension scheme, access to great offices and collaboration spaces
- Offer a very large degree of autonomy and progression, whilst working with amazing world-famous brands like Virgin, Radley, Arsenal FC, Aman, CitiBank and many others.
You:
- Enjoy building successful relationships with clients and teams
- Take ownership and deliver stunning experiences across a variety of platforms
- Rapidly build interactive prototypes that bring designs to life and support user research
- Advocate and create design systems
- Plan and facilitate user research and workshops
- Contribute to internal best practices and skill sharing.
What you will be doing
We need someone who can work across the entire UX spectrum. You may be more experienced in certain parts of it, but you’ll be comfortable flexing left and right and eager to learn.

- Conducting / facilitating research including interviews, workshops and desk studies.
- Distilling research findings into actionable insights and opportunities, from both customer and business perspectives.
- Persona generation and validation.
- Articulating the customer experience through the production of clear and concise user journey maps and flows based on research.
- Concepting / scamping solutions, wireframing and prototyping.
- Creating presentations that unpack your rationale for your design decisions, taking the client on a journey.
- Working collaboratively with the Design Director and other UX/UI designers to ensure the best and most viable experience is always proposed.
- Work with developers to ensure effectiveness and feasibility of your designs, and supporting them through the build process.
- Presenting your work to the Product Owner and other stakeholders
Experience and skills - At least 3 years of experience in a UX position within agencies or product businesses.
- A portfolio demonstrating a high level of craft and rationale behind design decisions.
- Proficient with the latest tools and software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe creative suite.
